Insight Counselling, LLC, a therapy practice in Ridgefield, CT, is offering free online yoga classes, while Connecticut residents practice social distancing to limit the spread of the novel coronavirus COVID-19.
Elizabeth Jorgensen, CADC, the owner and director of Insight Counseling, is a guest blogger for www.rtor.org and a nationally recognized expert in counseling and engaging resistant teens and motivating them to change.
Credentialed yoga teacher Breanna Ferguson Taylor, a friend of Insight Counseling, will be offering free online classes in Yin and Vinyasa Yoga on the Zoom video meeting platform.
For the duration of the coronavirus pandemic, Insight Counseling has gone remote, with phone, FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, and other resources to stay connected with clients and their families. They will be providing individual sessions, groups, and simple opportunities to stay connected as everyone learns to adjust and cope with the next few weeks of “cocooning” during this challenging time.
Insight Counselling will also offer free consults and phone support during the crisis. Please call (203) 431-9726 and leave a detailed message, including your name, phone number, and best way to contact you.
For more information on how to sign up for free yoga classes on Zoom, please see the event flyer below.
