The New Canaan Parent Support Group (NCPSG) was founded in 2016 by Paul Reinhardt in memory of his son, Evan, who died from an overdose. The NCPSG was created to provide support for parents navigating the challenges of addiction and mental health within their families.
Since its founding, NCPSG has evolved into a trusted source of connection, compassion, and education. The organization offers weekly support meetings, monthly Pathway Sessions featuring expert speakers, an annual Community Addiction Awareness Vigil, as well as ongoing resources through its blog and monthly newsletter.
